Brand Manager - FMCG/Retail/Hospitality (4-9 yrs)

Brand Development & Customer Experience:

1. Develop brand by working on brand identity, Visual language and positioning platform basis deep consumer and brand understanding

2. Design Segmentation, Targeting and Positioning framework to arrive at communication platform for the brand

3. Creating cohesive brand experience across the consumer touch points in an omni channel approach

Brand Planning and Management:

1. Develop & execute brand annual plans in close coordination with GTM, Ops and CRM team to achieve desired business and marketing objectives

2. Apply best practices in brand management to optimize efficiency and effectiveness

3. Work closely with creative & research agencies to drive brand agenda

4. Employ innovation in product and processes in order to achieve competitive advantage

Brand Communication:

1. Design 360 Communication platform for the brand across ATL ,BTL & Digital platforms

2. Creation of Brand Properties /IP to drive strong affinity and brand equity targets

- New Product development & launch

1. Analyze competition, category and consumer trends to identify new product / business opportunities

2. Develop new product pipeline and drive NPD agenda from idea generation to final launch in the market in close coordination with CFT's

3. Work closely with cross functional teams like manufacturing, R&D, Technical, supply chain, manufacturing and purchase to manage end to end execution

Marketing Support & Analytics:

1. Close coordination with GTM, CRM & Ops team to drive execution excellence

2. Work closely with central CRM & Digital team to analyses brand KPI & consumer funnels.

3. Analysis of competitive and consumer trends & provide insights in the area of market share, sales & pricing analysis


1. Brand report card on availability, awareness and imagery through various research-, BHC etc.

2. Create and publish clear objectives and expectations from marketing interventions with all roles in the process clearly defined

3. Monthly operational report with KPI's and budget utilization
