Role and Responsibilities:  - End-to-end responsibility for a global premium brand  Main Duties and Functions:  Insighting:  - Understand key emerging consumer insights to successfully scope out latent opportunities  - Analyzing available research data/lead new consumer research work for identifying potential brand extension opportunities  Proposition Development:  - Working effectively with creative agencies, Consumer Insights manager and R&D teams to develop strong potential consumer concepts  - Liaise strongly with R&D teams to ensure timely development of product prototypes for consumer and internal testing  Business Case Ownership:  - Build compelling business case for new launches and lead the innovation agenda in cross-functional team meetings  Communication Development:  - Develop communication ideas with creative agencies to ensure strong positive traction for new products in launch markets  - Building strong and effective media plans within defined budgets for new launches  Launch Planning:  - Seamlessly translate business objectives into launch plans and work effectively with Sales Teams to create impactful launch communication for internal teams  Brand Plan Development:  - Develop a plan that achieves company targets. This will include, but is not limited to, communication development, channel development, consumer and health care professional specific program  Job Specifications:  Education Background :  - MBA in Marketing from Tier I Business Schools   Skills Needed (Technical) :  - Familiarity with tools like ACNielsen, IMRB Household Panel, IMRB CTS, EBES, BASES  Experience Needed (Professional) :  - Marketing (Brand Management) experience of at least 3 - 4 years, having launched at least 1 new product/promotions   - Total experience of at least 4-5 years  - B2B experience will be an added advantage.  Core Functional Competencies to be successful on the job:  - Ability to develop strong marketing mixes for new launches  - Ability to take people along and drive results from cross functional project teams
