A leading FMCG is looking for Brand Manager - IIM/SPJ/XLRI/FMS/MDI/JBIMS/SIBM/IIFT   Purpose of the Role:   The incumbent would be the go-to person for the brand and would spearhead end to end brand initiatives including profitability and growth path  Qualification & Experience:   Post-Graduation in Management (from a Premier institute)   Core marketing experience of 4 to 6 years in FMCG   Minimum 2 years of Brand Management Experience   Key Deliverables of the Role:   - Responsible for Brand building & Activation of the assigned brand   - Responsible for delivering growth and profitability of the Brand   - Lead communication development on the brand   - Track and build Brand equity and loyalty among target consumers using innovative methods   - Consumer In-sighting and Competition for brand strategy   - Media planning & execution of ATL & BTL for the brand   - Develop & Execute Marketing programs through liasoning with agencies and cross functional teams   Skills & Competencies:   - Leads Communication, Media strategy and Planning his/ her business   - Independently lead the thinking on the brand   - Can anchor Communication, Media strategy and Planning his/ her business   - Strong Project Management Skills   - Has sharp Commercial acumen & Analytical skills for managing growth   - Has strong consumer understanding and can find sharp consumer nuances and needs   - Looks for creative and innovative ways to resolve issues   - Has Risk Taking ability and should be willing to stretch to make a difference in the brand and business   - Ability to manage and influence peers   Reporting Relationship:   Reports to Group Product Manager / Group Product Head   Other Interface:   - Sales teams (Trade Marketing & Key Account Managers)   - Marketing teams (Consumer Insights & Media )   - R&D teams (Product Development & Packaging Development)   - Supply Chain & Commercial teams   - Consumers   - Agencies (Creative, Research & Media)   Growth Path & Future:   The selected candidate has options of working on challenging innovation projects not only in India but across other international geographies. There could be exposure to other categories as well to develop a more wholesome perspective.
