Our client is an FMCG and a leading player in the consumer goods segment in multiple categories including F&B. The client has a strong presence in the Indian market and looking to grow brands.
Description
Reporting to the Marketing Head, the role would require the candidate to:
- Conceptualize, plan and execute strategic marketing plans for the brands in order to boost the sales including ATL & BTL activities
- Manage pricing & promotions in line with strategy across the brand, category or portfolio to maximise return & remain competitive
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of launch plans and post-launch evaluation
- Responsible to drive execution of marketing strategies through global operational product plan
- Manage the existing product portfolio and also play a significant role in launching a new product line. Increase the market share for the brands
- Plan and execute annual marketing calendar
Profile
- FMCG candidates with 5-8 years of strong experience in Brand Management, New Product Development in FMCG
- Candidate should from a Top B-school - 2009-12 batch
- High desire to grow and fast-track career over the near future
