- This incumbent would bear the end to end responsibility of the - Brand- in this role and be the custodian of brand P&L. Expected to develop consumer insight driven marketing strategies, which lead to superior integrated marketing plans.

- Build long and short term growth plans to deliver growth targets as per the road map.


- Develop market strategies to gain share/ develop category and achieve top and bottom line targets for the brand

- Design effective and innovative integrated marketing campaigns across mediums like TV, Digital, Mobile & Print

- Monitor and execute on ground activations that forms vital part of category development

- Work with media team to explore various innovative and cost effective communication platforms including digital, to plan effective media strategy

- Liaison with trade marketing teams to conceptualize multi local plans to increase the brand salience and footprint

- Initiate research for concept testing, post launch, creative recall and product efficacy dipsticks for insight mining to develop specific initiatives

- Develop, execute and monitor business plan for new product development. Liaison with cross functional teams to manage the innovation funnel

- Monitor competition on various aspects such as new offering, pricing, consumer offer, ATL & BTL activities and course correct our strategy, if required

- Works with agency partners to ensure business/ consumer understanding are inputted in a timely manner and effective manner


- MBA from a Premier Institute with 3-6 years of experience across sales and marketing with at least one stint in sales (general trade) and in one stint marketing in FMCG


- Innovation mind set and agile thinking to leverage on the new age technologies

- Balance of right and left brain, i.e. draws value from data and reveal the consumer behaviour, efficacy of programs as well as look beyond the data and pick up trends and patterns that can lead to better marketing strategies

- Manage projects seamlessly which are dependent on cross functions delivery through collaboration

- Result oriented with strong analytical mind-set

- Execution excellence with end to end ownership

- High level of energy and a can-do attitude
