Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Brand Manager at Bharat N Dorris in Mumbai. As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing branding strategies, managing brand campaigns, conducting market research, analysing customer feedback, and ensuring brand consistency. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness and growth.

Qualifications:

- Strong experience of min 2-3 years in brand management and marketing, preferably in the beauty industry.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Need to be a self starter, extremely independent and take on the brand and expand it.

- Ability to have a start up mentality and attitude.

- Ability to develop and execute effective branding strategies

- Ability to create a team and manage parallel entities too.

- Experience in conducting market research and analysing customer data

- Proficiency in digital marketing and social media platforms

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment

- Knowledge of the consumer services industry is a plus

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

- Developing and executing a global ecommerce strategy for the re-launch of the brand.

- Analyzing and optimizing ecommerce performance.

- Developing and managing ecommerce partnerships.

- Ensuring compliance with ecommerce regulations.

- Staying up to date with ecommerce trends and technologies.

- Optimize ads globally resulting in increased sales and revenue.

- Oversee digital marketing channels across SEO, Display, affiliates, influencer and email marketing and social media.

- Develop content calendar and oversee website uploads and landing pages development.

- Develop and execute brand marketing strategies and initiatives that align with company objectives and goals.

- Define and ensure adherence to brand vision including Short term & long-term goals for sustaining the brand.

- Define pricing, promotional and new launch strategies for the brand.

- Work on rebranding & growth for B&D. Revamp the website and social presence on all platforms.

- Analyse market insights and data points to strategies for brand growth.

- Manage brand budgets across campaigns.

- Allocate resources effectively to maximise ROI.

Brand Performance:

- Monitor brand performance and track KPIs to measure the success of marketing initiatives

- Work cross-functionally with sales, digital marketing, brand marketing, social media, understand the beauty market, partial PR, Product development, and customer service teams to ensure a consistent brand experience across all touch points.

- Collaborate with head team to develop marketing plans, materials, including advertising, packaging, and promotional campaigns.

Market Research:

- Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights to improve brand positioning and messaging.

- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and Degree in marketing, business, or a related field.

- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in brand management or marketing.

- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decisions.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Creative thinker with a passion for brand-building.
