Brand Manager - FMCG - Contractual Role

Currently we are hiring profile for an assignment with our clients for the following position based in Mumbai Location.

Our Client is a Multinational FMCG firm in India.

Position: Brand Management (Contractual job for 6 Months - 1 Year)

Salary offered: 14 - 16 LPA

Job Description:

Looking for:

- Only for Female professional who are currently on a break and looking to restart.

- This position is a contractual position for 6 Months to 1 Years (Candidates who are interested in working in this contract are only eligible to apply)

- Closely working with internal stakeholders, advertising & research agencies to arrive at potential brand purpose / social mission spaces for our brand.

- Understanding all the past work & researches done in this space for our brand in India.

- Collate learning's from Global Brand Teams for work done on Sunlight

- Consumer connects along with insights on people & brand

- Fine tune & shortlist spaces leading to a creative brief & execution

- Activate the brand purpose / social mission on the ground. Define guidelines & principles for leveraging the brand purpose in long term (Product formats / variants, geographies, channel recommendations)

Brand Communication:

In line with premiumization agenda, we need re-define brand architecture and role of each variant & formats in the portfolio.

Streamline & harmonize brand design across communication elements like TVCs, Packaging, Key visuals for our brands.

Experience : 5+ Years

Notice Period : Preferably looking for immediate joiners.
