- The brand manager would be responsible for the overall brand strategy and execution. He/she would be responsible for all brand communication, advertising, promotions, research and media (ATL and BTL). MBA with 8-12 Experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Devise the launch strategy and oversee the execution of the new brand launch
- Handle the advertising and media agency
- Handle new product development
- Prepare and execute the annual marketing plan (ATL/BTL)
- Marketing budget control and monthly updates to management
- Handle PR and digital strategy
- Initiate market research and oversee the execution
- Vendor management
- Analyze consumer and retail panel data and uncover actionable insights
- Track and analyze competitor marketing initiatives including communication, media spends & strategy
- Ideate and launch innovative and exciting offers/schemes in the market to create consumer pull and excitement in the trade (trade marketing)
- Work closely with the sales team and provide support and inputs
