- Brand Profitability-Take ownership of developing & growing the brand both Top & bottom line
- Sales & Collection target achievement brand-wise / product-wise / zone-wise / dealer-wise in accordance with Business Plan to achieve Business Targets & Management Goals
- Business Plan Achievement : Strategic and Business target achievement & sales forecasting for the zone & branches as per Business Plan for the Brand
- Product Planning & Forecasting : Product wise sales planning and model wise sales forecasting (both short-term & long term forecast) to have Model Mix availability at branches as per the business objectives.
- Sales & Distribution Strategy : Business plan targets setting & review, Branch wise performance Review, profitability, Business plan within Company policy Guidelines, Sales tread and MS analysis, Sales forecasting. Define & execute distribution strategy covering MPV towns in the zone & build brand specific / product specific network development plans.
- Market Share Target : Equal focus on products & brands across branches in respective zone for achievement of growth targets as per business plan and Market Share objectives set for the Zone. Monitoring and tracking sales/Market Share trends and formulation of schemes/promotions and other strategies to overcome the MS Gaps for all the products
- MIS and Competition tracking : MIS update and competition tracking on regular basis with respect to Price positioning, marketing activities, consumer offers and devising counter measures.
- Inventory Tracking & Control Overdue : Inventory tracking/Aging analysis and action plan to liquidate Overdue Inventory. Also device system to have control over overdue AR within the Zone.
- Focus on profitable models with drill down to every channel: Focus on high end / Profitable models to enhance contribution of such SKUs to overall business & device unique DMDC channel strategy for better results in the Zone.
- Visual Merchandising : Effective execution of ATL&BTL activities, product display support, POP distribution & display, ISD placement & Conduct trainings to enhance skill sets of team members to meet market requirements
- Other Activities : Market intelligence and continuous follow up of competitor activities, Co-ordinate with Regional Sales Manager to understand brand performance and provide support to meet respective targets.
