Thecompanyisseeking a passionate and experienced Confectionery & Cakes Brand Manager to lead the brand strategy in the sweet indulgence industry. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of consumer preferences in the confectionery market and a knack for creating compelling brand experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive brand plans for confectionery & cake products, including positioning, messaging, and marketing strategies.

- Develop, Execute and Monitor Marketing Plans (both ATL and BTL) to enable business growth as well as brand equity

- Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities in the confectionery industry.

- Work closely with product development teams to introduce new confectionery offerings and ensure they align with the brand's identity and quality standards.

- Oversee the creation of visually appealing packaging, marketing collateral, and promotional materials to enhance the brand's appeal on store shelves and online platforms.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and production teams to align brand strategies with sales targets and production capabilities.

- Monitor and analyse confectionery market performance, including sales data and customer feedback, to refine brand strategies and improve product offerings.

- Manage budgets allocated for confectionery brand marketing activities, ensuring optimal resource allocation for maximum impact.

- Develop committed external partners namely ad agencies, digital marketing firms, packaging design agencies, event marketers, activation agencies and anyone required to support brand initiatives and collaborations.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

- 5 years of experience in brand management within the confectionery industry or a related field.

- Proven track record of successfully developing and executing brand strategies for FMCG products. Experience in the confectionery industry would be an added advantage

- Strong ability to understand consumer behaviour and preferences.

- Creative flair with an eye for design and aesthetics.
