Position : Brand Manager

Specific experience should include : MBA from a top-B school
Key Responsibilities :
Brand Management :
- Handling the overall performance of the brands, this includes managing and developing the brands P&L (Profit and Loss), image and positioning in relation to the competitors.
- Plan, develop and implement marketing initiatives and activities for the brand.
- Work and coordinate with creative, media, research, PR, digital and event agencies on a regular basis
- Lead market research efforts to understand customers- perception and behaviour and formulate effective marketing strategies to ensure that the brand receives maximum visibility and perform better than the competitors.
Brand Activation's & Event Planning :
- Ideate and execute Brand Activation in sync with the brand properties to build brand awareness, generate trails for the brand.
- Managing the entire course of events inclusive of conceptualization, procurement of materials, set design, and scheduling, on-site event management
- Developing event management plans & advising the same through innovating marketing communications and brand image building exercises.
Accountabilities :
- Responsible for planning and execution of all digital activities.
- Leverage digital medium for both short and long term marketing objectives
- Manage and constantly re-invent the Customer Relationship Management program for the Brand
