Brand Manager - FMCG (4-7 yrs)
Exp: 4 - 7 years
- Highly Preferred: Experience in managing Ecommerce partners such as Amazon, Flipkart
- Portfolio Planning : Analyze industry trends, market competitiveness of products and SKUs, consumer requirements etc. to identify gaps in the current brand portfolio
- Brand Communication, Development and Execution: Prepare communication brief detailing the need for brand communication, priority market and target segment for the communication
- Craft brand and product development strategy, develop and oversee the online and offline marketing calendar and implement creative campaign constructs aligned with the same
- Manage all integrated brand campaigns and activities including ideation, budgeting, coordination with agencies, vendors and internal stakeholders, implementation and post-campaign analysis to promote new initiatives and maintain brand salience
- Continuously analyze sales data to rationalize product mix, craft innovative offer campaigns online and offline while maintaining desired margins, implement geography and outlet specific campaigns to achieve measurable marketing objectives
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in Marketing with at least 2 years of experience in the Food & Beverage space
- Strong experience in BTL and Digital Marketing activities such as social media campaigns, digital advertising and promotions
- Experience in 360 degree marketing right from consumer research to strategy to execution
