They are currently looking for a Brand Manager to look after one of their high potential brands.  Job Description  Reporting to the Category Head, you will be responsible for:  - Being the brand custodian for the category  - Managing the brand's growth, market share and profitability  - Planning and executing the marketing calendar - ATL, BTL and digital to support the brand's growth  - Strategizing for new product development based on market research and consumer feedback  - Liaising with research and sales teams as well as external agencies to establish a solid brand presence  Profile  The ideal candidate would be an MBA from a reputed institute from 2011/12 batches only, and is currently a Brand Manager at a well-established FMCG organisation. Experience across consumer insights, market research and new product development would be an added advantage, and one of the key skills required for this role as well.
