Responsibilities for Brand Manager (offline)
Broad role:
Manage the offline market initiatives - ideation, execution & implementation, in different geographies, in collaboration with regional business managers
Initiatives include:
- POSM (GT/MT) development, execution & deployment
Planning yearly brand calendar - including
- Consumer offers for MT
- Trade Scheme for GT
- Sales contests, strategic &
- Select ATL - Print, billboards, etc.
Additionally,
- Own brand P&L & maintain control on yearly brand budgets
- Collaborate with the Business team on brand spend tracking, distributor claims, etc.
Qualifications for Brand Manager
- Master's degree in Marketing, Business
- 4-5 years of experience in brand management, brand marketing, or marketing management, India GT & MT preferred. International exposure is a significant plus.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally
- Creative thinker and problem solver
- Strong communication skills
- Project management experience, with a solid understanding of project management principles and techniques
- Strategic thinker able to identify long-term opportunities and trends
