Brand Manager ( P&L Management ) -- MNC FMCG MAJOR
- Building equity for the brand by way of copy development and product upgrades
- Managing internal sales - both primary and secondary - working in conjunction with the sales team and planning
- BTL activities. Formulating annual Brand Business Plans
- Handling the sales and operations planning process in conjunction with the Demand team
- Achieving off-take growth and market share deliverable
- Managing Advertising and Promotion expenses for brands handled.
- Handling Media planning and ATL activities for the same.
- Evaluate direct marketing routes for driving penetration and awareness of products.
- Product Launches, Creative Development and Media
- Consumer Understanding, Product Improvements and Upgrades
- Implement product improvement program
Candidate Requirement :
- MBA Fulltime
