Brand Manager.
Brand Management, trade marketing.
Make a consolidated Plan for Trade activations needed to increase brand
Coordinate with Brand Teams and Sales teams for effective and timely execution of MT activations
Measure the MT activations with clear learning's of impact on MT sales
Develop process for effective management for Visibility investment and Consumer offer execution.
The process should enable financial adherence to the set norms and clear monitoring of the execution of the set initiatives against planned.
Implement the brand marketing plans to achieve the successful sales, share, profit and consumer KPI results.
Prepare effective presentations and meet the key MT category managers for launch of NPD
Measure the deployment and effectiveness of the MT promoters in building brand off-takes
Coordinate with MT to improve brand reach in terms of no. of outlets & visibility in the outlet
Coordinate with brand team to constantly push up the brand especially launching MT specific SKU's
Move the MT planning cycle on a proactive mode by releasing plans at least 6 months in advance.
Tightly manage the budget as per the approved amounts.
