Brand Manager - FMCG (3-5 yrs)
Our client, founded by IIT alumnus, is a growing FMCG brand, based out of Delhi NCR. The team is looking to hire Brand manager, who have expertise in managing P&L.
Role : Brand Manager
Location : Delhi NCR
- Complete ownership of the Brand and Product
- Planning and Implementation of ATL and BTL activities PAN India
- Manage and Liaison with Agencies ; Creative, Media, Digital, etc.
- Plan and execute campaigns for achieving brand objectives across multiple platforms ; TV, Print, Radio, OOH, Digital, E-Comm, etc.
- Tracking Product Life Cycle and implementing desired changes as per market needs
- Regular Competition Analysis - Marketing Activities and Category Pricings
- Liaison with Cross Functional Teams including Sales, Operations, R&D, Finance
- Liaison with Trade Marketing for maintaining brand visibility across all touch points
- Tracking Sales Performance and Arrest Declines through effective marketing.
- Manage Category P&L
Desired Candidate Profile :
- 5+ years of experience in high growth B2C startup or an established FMCG company
- Understanding of data analysis & Interior trend spotting
- Open to working for 6 days
