Brand Manager ( P&L Management ) -- MNC FMCG MAJOR
Building equity for the brand by way of copy development and product upgrades
Managing internal sales - both primary and secondary - working in conjunction with the sales team and planning
BTL activities. Formulating annual Brand Business Plans
Handling the sales and operations planning process in conjunction with the Demand team
Achieving off-take growth and market share deliverable
Managing Advertising and Promotion expenses for brands handled.
Handling Media planning and ATL activities for the same.
Evaluate direct marketing routes for driving penetration and awareness of products.
Product Launches, Creative Development and Media
Consumer Understanding, Product Improvements and Upgrades
Implement product improvement program
