About the Role:
We are seeking a Brand Marketing Manager with 2-4 years of experience to lead and establish our brand marketing function. The role involves the creation, execution, and scaling of our brand initiatives, both offline and online.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand marketing strategies
- Establish and grow the brand marketing team
- Oversee all offline and online campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand objectives
- Conceptualize and execute ATL/BTL activities
- Drive brand launches and conceptualization
- Craft engaging content across various channels
- Manage brand communication strategies
- Utilize social media platforms effectively to enhance brand presence
Qualifications and Skills:
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in brand marketing, preferably in the FMCG sector
- Background from IIM or top-tier B-school preferred
- Prior experience as a brand manager in renowned FMCG companies like Dabur, Paras, Unilever, P&G, etc.
- Familiarity or experience in Digital and D2C strategies is advantageous
