Brand Manager - US FMCG Company Our client is an FMCG Company headquartered in New York City. Established in the mid 1980's, they have a wide array of leading US brands that they market. They manufacture one of the Brand's which was started over two decades ago with just one product. Today they have over 250 products and can be found in supermarkets across the world. This Position in India (Delhi/ Mumbai) is for this particular FMCG (Food Category) Brand. Position - Brand Manager Location - Delhi & Mumbai (Distributor's Office) CTC - 30 Lakhs (Fixed) + 10 Lakhs (Variable) Job Description: Managing the Indian market end to end - Responsible for developing brand strategy, promoting brand growth and expansion, implementing brand plans, and using data to drive volume and profitability for the brand. Role: - Identify research needs and analyze the insights in order to identify opportunities for the brand for new markets - Define and execute the brand strategy through various mediums - including digital mediums - Create, execute, and manage marketing programs and campaigns - Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights and translate them into go-to market strategies - Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs - Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors' activities - Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions - Devise innovative growth strategies - Liaise with the different regional teams - Sales team, central marketing team, supply chain etc. to build efficiencies and ensure brand consistency - Regular co-ordination with the sales team in India to share the market insights and execute the marketing campaigns in line with the brand direction - Responsible for all ATL and BTL activities for the region - Occasional travel to UAE and south Asian countries Candidate Profile: - Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in brand management, brand marketing, or marketing management. - Prior experience working with FMCG companies, managing a brand across multiple markets - Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies for new markets - Strong analytical skills; Data driven thinking and ability to analyze market reports - Outstanding English and Hindi communication skills - Strategic thinker; able to identify long-term opportunities and trends - Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices - Self-starter; ability to navigate through ambiguous situations - Ability to work with different teams and culturally diverse group of people
