The incumbent should be a full time MBA from premiere institute i.e IIM's, FMS Delhi, SPJIMR , XLRI passout in 2020 /2021 / 2022 with experience in Digital Marketing or Brand Management in reputed FMCG / Consumer Durable Company.
The incumbent will be responsible for :
- Developing key proposition for the app and its distinction from competitors
- Consumer appeal driven decision making for app content & features
- Management of multiple content partners to develop content/questions for selected co-curricular concepts
- Responsible for getting the content converted into unity based games through game vendors
- Preparation and execution of an annual marketing plan
- Working with media agency to finalise the ATL print plan across all cities and newspapers
- Development of microsite for the event through the digital agency
- Handling the social media handles through digital agency
- Planning the annual social media calendar based on product launches, moment based campaigns, flagship brand campaigns, etc
- Day to day working and management of digital agency for ideating and executing all the digital marketing campaigns and delivering on the set targets
- Conducting periodic consumer researches & UATs and drawing relevant insights for constant evolution of the app
