Role Overview Manage marketing and sales activities including organizing, developing, and maintaining a region capable of achieving the Galderma's sales objectives in Export Markets.

Job Requirement:

- Education: Bachelors in Business Management & MBA in Marketing

- Work Experience: Minimum 6 years continuous experience in marketing Aesthetic Derma products, diagnostic equipment's, high end surgical equipment's, medical devices , ortho equipment's & OTC industries

- Required pre-requisites skills/experience for this position: Proficiency with MS Office in an NT/Windows environment and familiar with sales tracking and reporting software.

- Assist in the management of brands through the implementation of brand plans within brand guidelines

- Ability to lead and direct the delivery of an integrated marketing communications strategy to communicate with all stakeholders

- The ability to formulate new ideas or to adapt or use existing ideas in a new or unexpected way to solve problems.

- The ability to think ahead to spot or create opportunities and maximize them.

- Experience of Handling Media Agencies , Media Buying for DTC Campaigns.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Marketing Plan :

i. Scan external and internal environment, draft marketing plan for allocated products.

ii. Develop KOL building activities and support their marketing needs, to improve the market share, meet the sales targets and ensure profits for allocated products.

iii. Support team and ensure executional excellence of marketing campaigns.

iv. Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies

v. Develop strategies and manage marketing campaigns across print, broadcast on online platforms to ensure that products and services meet customers' expectations and to build the credibility of brands.

vi. Roll out market research studies for key projects to identify effective promotional campaigns & get the new brand launch strategy / communication right - to meet the requirements of the target audience, gain strategic insights & communication testing for new launches.

vii. Build long term strategies for future launches

viii. Category representation / Strategic Planning in South East Asian Markets

- Promotions :

i. Manage and maintain all product promotional materials like brand literature and collaterals according to necessary company guidelines.

ii. Effectively build product visibility by reviewing and interpreting market response to facilitate product improvement and contributing towards the growth of the brand.

iii. Roll out the marketing strategy for field force.

iv. Monitor and review promotions, local campaigns to capture higher market shares and drive sales for the allocated products.

v. Develop/ cascade the brand positioning through the brand communications rolled out to the internal/ external customers.

vi. Manage the budget for advertising and promotional items.

vii. Validate the marketing strategies, to strengthen the presence of the company through scientific initiatives and networking with KOLs to understand their scientific needs

- Field Support:

i. Liaise with Medical & Regulatory; respond to queries of field staff on product knowledge.

ii. Provide timely motivational communication to the field staff and understand their queries.

iii. Provide guidance to field representative team in implementing the marketing strategies & key brand communications & promotional activities.

iv. Coordinating with Third Party Field Team.

v. Gauge market feedback and follow-up on successful implementation of the promotional plans, communication, and activities.

vi. Analyze sales forecasts and relevant financials and reporting on product sales.

vii. Conduct field work to gain primary customer feedbacks.

viii. Establish contact with regional counterparts of assigned portfolio, exchange marketing information migrate best practices to improve overall market share of Galderma India.

ix. Analyze training needs, liaise with medical team, design, and support in training programs to upgrade field skills in both product knowledge and scientific communication skills.

- New Product Launch:

i. Analyze market research data and identify gaps in product portfolio.

ii. Draft and present proposal for new product launch and execute launch plan to launch new products to increase market share.

iii. Develop targeted brand communication based on the market research carried out to understand the prescription behavior.

iv. Coordinate the launch programme to external customers as well as employees.

v. Liaise with MTO, Medical, Regulatory, Finance, and Distribution to emerge with quality products supported with appropriate scientific evidence maintaining Galderma standards.

vi. Involve in packaging decisions at company from the early stages as packaging is a unique marketing tool that provides customers with cues & clues at the point of purchase and during usage.

- Business results :

i. Liaise with MTO, Regulatory and Finance to explore opportunities and avenues to improve profit contribution.

ii. Lead critical activities such as HCP Promotion, KOL and Congress Planning and execution, AOR and vendor management, budget tracking, identification of best practices, MLR, POA, tactical brand planning, digital strategy, NPP and to identify, execute, and track core brand tactics.

iii. Contribute for collating, compiling of documents and submit reports and liaise with corporate team to gain global learnings.

- External:

i. Liaise and co-ordinate with external agencies, vendors etc. for various promotional campaigns, launch plans and various marketing activities.

ii. Monitor market trends, and competitors' activities.
