Marketing strategy formulation and implementation for Power Business:

- Develop the marketing strategies for the product category of Wires, Switches and Switchgear

- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic brand plan that aligns with the company's objectives.

- Own and execute the marketing budget and ensure desired ROI

- Coordinate with product management to ensure alignment of the product portfolio with the brand strategy.

- Plan and oversee market research initiatives to guide new product development and innovation.

Brand Management:

- Set and achieve revenue targets for product lines.

- Develop strategies to enhance the premiumization of product sales.

- Expand market share through strategic initiatives.

- Enhance brand visibility and improve TOM awareness.

- Manage and measure the impact of TV and digital campaigns on brand perception.

- Conceptualize and manage below-the-line (BTL) advertising efforts including in-store collateral and POSM deployment across retail counters.

- Direct the strategy and execution of TV and digital video content campaigns to elevate brand presence and engagement.

- Assess post-campaign performance to ensure continuous improvement in brand communication.

- Oversee the launch of new and innovative product lines, including development of core propositions for ranges.

- Collaborate with sales, product development, and other departments to ensure brand strategies are effectively implemented. Brand awareness metrics

Consumer & competition insights:

- Conduct ongoing analysis of competitors' products, sales, marketing strategies, and market presence.

- Evaluate competitors' pricing strategies, promotional offers, and distribution methods.

- Identify areas where the brand can differentiate and excel beyond competitors.

- Translate findings into strategic initiatives that leverage strengths, address weaknesses, exploit opportunities, and mitigate threats. Brand track studies
