Job responsibilities

- Identify, develop and evaluate marketing plans and strategies

- Formulate and coordinate marketing activities or policies to promote the institute

- Evaluate brand image and positioning

- Evaluate program effectiveness

- Lead direct sales and marketing activities

- Analyse data to inform operational decisions or activities

- Estimate cost and manage budgets

Knowledge :

Sales and marketing :

- Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques.

- Market research : Ability to analyze market data and drive customer research

- Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, etc

Communication and Media :

- Knowledge of media production, communication, and dissemination techniques and methods.

- This includes alternative ways to inform and entertain via written, oral, and visual media.

- Administration and Management- Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modelling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.

- Industry trends: In-depth understanding of current products, markets and future concepts

- Knowledge of CRM software

Skills :

- Collaboration skills: This role requires close collaboration with marketing, advertising and media departments.

- Ability to think creatively and innovatively

- Budget-management skills and proficiency

- Strong research and analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges

- Critical Thinking : Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.

- Social Perceptiveness : Being aware of others' reactions and understanding why they react as they do.

Education :

MBA- Marketing (Tier 1 college)
