Our client provides a guaranteed online selling platform for old Phones and also provide trade in services to all major Retailers/OEM of phones.They are market leaders in this space in India and now getting into complete phone life cycle management which includes extended warranty, repair service, phone protection, accessories etc.

It is among the fastest growing e-commerce and technology companies in India and boasts of an extremely employee friendly work culture and great growth opportunities. The organisation was founded in 2013 by seasoned entrepreneurs and alumni of the premium institute's like MDI and IIT. The company is headquartered in Gurgaon and has partnerships in running Exchange/Buy-Back/Trade-In programs with e-commerce, Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and offline retailers like Samsung, Snapdeal, Amazon, Croma Retail and HP etc.

As the Brand Manager, you will effectively manage and overview all brand communications and act as Guide for all content developed within the company.

What you will do :

- Actively leading all Brand partnerships and Alliances

- Managing sustaining activities around products, and seasonal projects

- Acting as the key interface between the marketing teams and PR agencies, Partner brands and more to establish local Marcom goals and product strategies

- Gathering and providing strategic market insights to the WW planning team that ultimately help drive more relevant and impactful communications

- Working with Digital Publishers to ensure that all deliverables are fully integrated and flawlessly executed, meeting the company's quality standards

- Providing strategic communications input and guidance to all functional areas

- Planning regular Marcom updates and driving Integrated Marketing campaigns with different brands

- Actively managing Brand Alliances, resulting assets and planning outreach campaigns from time to time

- Managing Strategic integrations with different Publishers in the Internet ecosystem

- Creating and managing Brand Loyalty campaigns and overviewing brand growth KPIs

- Generation of Consumer Insights, Strategic Consumer Communication for Brand by close interaction with Advertising Agencies

- Successful execution of flagship events in coordination with internal and external stakeholders

- Maintaining and refining scalable, repeatable and comparable methods of measurement and performance tracking

What you need to know/have :

- Post Graduate degree in Marketing with at least 5 to 6 years of consumer marketing communications experience in a creatively driven organisation

- Relevant experience in the local market with a proven track record of developing marketing communications

- Deep experience and understanding of the creative development process

- Attention to detail and results oriented

- Strong presentation skills

- Ability to work both at a strategic and executional level, often within the same hour

- Ability to multitask and deliver under tight timelines

- Experience in building a communications plan

- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
