This is a Brand Management Role with an e-commerce startup.
Looking out for premier institute graduates experienced marketing professionals from FMCG/ Media backgrounds.
A brief about the major responsibilities are as below :-
- Annual brand plan formulation and execution to plan and meet brand annual objectives.
- Formulation of projections for annual targets, trade scheme and consumer schemes and their implementation.
- Brand ATL / BTL marketing, to ensure both top line and bottom line growth.
- Communication campaign development and execution.
- Consumer Market Research to understand consumer product preferences, Ad testing, brand equity study, concept testing.
- Brand Strategy development - Brand positioning, brand key, 5 year directional road map.
- 360 Marketing Plan using ATL mediums such as TVC- s, Print, Radio, Cinema, In film placement and BTL mediums such as POS Material, on ground activation, sales vans, display schemes, retailer programs to increase brand visibility, trial generation and plugging of distribution gaps through various activities.
- Sales Promotion and channel incentive scheme planning to improve conversion.
- Innovative BTL Activation to increase trial and awareness for the brand.
