- He/She will be responsible for the design and delivery of customer communication across all touch points.

- Drive brand narratives across offline, digital and social media platforms for awareness, engagement, salience, and preference
- Assist in developing an annual brand calendar, manage budgets and track expenditures
- Ensure adherence of brand guidelines across all touchpoints
- Design, and track brand health parameters through research
- Design mechanisms to gain and disseminate consumer insights to relevant Stakeholders
- Map competition on product offerings/features, advertising and marketing initiatives and publish the actionable insights regularly
- Track communication best practices across industries and share with internal stakeholders to derive inspiration
Project Manager 60%
- Plan, coordinate and timely execute all strategic and tactical campaigns for marketing as well as other cross-functional teams - with help from internal teams and/or external agencies.
- Lead brand collaboration and partnership opportunities
- Work with internal teams and external agencies for content creation/advertising and distribution across traditional and digital media
- Be the point of contact for all external parties in the domain - agencies, vendors, media etc.
