Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce brand strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
- Manage and maintain brand presence across multiple online channels including company website, third-party marketplaces, social media platforms, and email marketing campaigns.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, consumer preferences, and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content, promotions, and campaigns tailored to target audiences.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the effectiveness of branding initiatives and optimize strategies accordingly.
- Work closely with product development teams to ensure alignment between brand positioning and product offerings.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including vendors, influencers, and industry partners.
- Provide guidance and support to customer service teams to maintain brand consistency and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with e-commerce industry trends, best practices, and technologies to identify new opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in brand management, preferably in the e-commerce industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful e-commerce brand strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
