Brand Manager - eCommerce

Client is India's first own interstate home delivery service Startup. Not only it deliver food from best restaurants near you, but its team also delivers home cooked food to other cities in India. Client picks up food from your home, pack it in safe containers and ship it to you at your present location. Client is an interstate food delivery service with whom you can stay connected to your city and roots. It has its proprietary e commerce platform augmenting this service. It is expanding across India and is looking for Brand Manager

The incumbent will be responsible for :

- Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights.

- Shape and communicate our vision and mission.

- Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies.

- Manage team of marketing people working on brand building initiatives.

- Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to - take action- .

- Measure and report the performance of all marketing campaigns and assess ROI & KPI's.

- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors- activities.

- Devise innovative growth strategies.

- Align the company around the Brand's direction, choices & tactics.

- Proven working experience as Brand Manager.

- Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations.

- Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns.

- Strong analytical skills and creative mind.

- Data driven thinking ability and affinity to numbers.

- Outstanding communication skills.

- Degree in marketing or related field.
