Responsibilities
- Own and plan FIRM'S brand marketing portfolio across various markets
- Shape unique identity for the brand and ensure consistency in branding and marketing communications across all the channels
- Plan communication strategy across both internal and external platforms (ATL, BTL, Offline, PR, Digital & Social Media etc.,)
- Develop innovative campaigns based on consumer insights and behavior
- Plan marketing requirements by collaborating with multiple teams (Content marketing Team, Business Team and Marketing Team and Product Teams)
- Coordinate with internal creative teams and external agencies for timely execution of marketing requirements
- Partner with creative agencies and media partners to create integrated marketing plans
- Define KPI's and measure performance of marketing campaigns
- Assess and report ROI of marketing campaigns
- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors activities
- Track impact of marketing plan on key business parameters & brand health parameters
Requirements
- 3-6 years of Brand management experience preferably with digital-first companies
- Creative mindset with good analytical abilities
- Should be highly data driven, displaying strong analytical skills, in assessing impact of decisions and in planning marketing strategies and execution.
- Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices
- Understanding premium aesthetics, can build an image leading narrative
- Excellent understanding of the full Marketing mix, Digital & Social Media
- Excellent communication skills and able to work effectively both as an individual and in a team environment
