MBA from Premier Institute with at-least 2 years of work experience in FMCG Sales/Marketing

- Prior work experience in Dairy brands is highly preferred.

- Defining the end-end Brand strategy for one of our product categories

- Developing and executing Brand, Pack & Channel strategy for the category through an in-depth understanding of consumer, competitor and market trends

- Understanding customer needs and product gaps.

- Developing market-specific product plans and the related promotional plans - including ATL/BTL/digital presence of the brand, pricing and overall strategy, working with external agencies for the same

- Strategist and developing the marketing communications

- Market mapping of competition and evaluating new product opportunities

- 2-8 years of Sales experience in an FMCG (Dairy Products) along with at least 2 years of experience in Brand Management.
