- Have 5+ years of experience in brand management preferably within consumer/lifestyle sectors with experience in brand operations management and event planning and management.

- Hold an MBA from a TIER1 institution with a major in marketing.

- Possess strong operational agility and meticulous organizational skills to effectively manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.

- Demonstrate a strong business understanding, analytical and conceptual thinking, and an entrepreneurial mindset.

- Exhibit the ability to translate innovative thinking into actionable strategies.

- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.

Principal Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy and Operations:

- Develop a deep understanding of local and global markets and consumers and utilize consumer insights to devise innovative marketing strategies targeting diverse communities.

- Ensure timely execution of annual marketing plans with regular reviews with top management and the board.

- Monitor and report on performance against key performance and brand metrics.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent delivery of the brand promise and enhance the overall brand experience across all customer touchpoints, including products, services, and audience interactions.

Activity Planning & Event Management:

- Develop strategic plans for annual activity planning in collaboration with the cross-functional teams that align with the brand's objectives, target audience, and messaging goals.

- Plan and co-ordinate for all aspects of annual activities and events, including budgeting, scheduling, legal compliance, risk assessment and contingency planning, as well as agency and vendor management to lead development of promotional materials, social media campaigns, and outreach efforts to drive attendance and engagement.

- Identify and secure partnerships and sponsorships with relevant organizations, institutions, corporate entities, brands, and influencers to enhance the visibility and success of events.

- Conduct post-event evaluations to assess the success of activities and events, gather feedback from participants, and identify areas for improvement and future planning.
