Brand Manager - Consumer Goods (7-10 yrs)
we have an urgent role with one of the biggest Consumer goods MNC at Bangalore.
Role: Brand Purpose Manager (Female Candidate Only)
Indicative CTC: 35-40 Lacs
- PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: The purpose of this role is to lead brand communication, content leadership and embed the brand in popular culture.
- The role supports delivery of breakthrough Marketing Business Plans (in collaboration with Brand Performance Manager) by enabling brands to legitimately communicate amplifying this impact through Digital, I&A, and Sponsorships.
- The role also involves partnering with the innovation team to lead the brand agenda of renovation of the core & innovation around agreed opportunity & challenges. Striking partnerships with external eco-system to help embed the brand in culture is a key expectation.
- To lead the creation of the brand agenda that is focused on a 3-6-12-18 month view.
- To nurture & further scale up the socializing platforms that have been created for the brand. Leverage global best in class work & relationships to create compelling direction & work on global brands.
- This role supports delivery of the "Brand purpose vehicle" and its P&L by working closely
Qualification: - MBA with specialization in Marketing (tier I/ II institute )
Experience: - Minimum 8-10 years- experience in Sales & Marketing/ Creative agency / E-commerce /Lifestyle with at least 5 years of exposure in core marketing - developing campaigns - TV & 360 degree
Knowledge & skills:
- Curiously & ability to understand consumer insights
- Ability to translate consumer and customer insight into optimal growth driving strategies.
- Brilliantly executes with immense attention to detail
- Manages agency partners and rallies them to effective implementation in service of the brand agenda
- Drives NGM thinking and principles clearly through each key strategic work stream and execution elements
- Powerful articulation and story telling
- Commercial Acumen for Brand Extension Monetization
