What You'll Be Doing
As a Brand Manager, you will be in charge of all creative development right from positioning to strategy to execution. You will work with product teams, cross-functional teams, and external agencies to connect the dots, find new opportunities , and execute on them.
- Brand Building through meaningful storytelling, groundbreaking campaigns, and effective marketing
- Deliver brand strategy in a relevant and meaningful manner, enhancing brand image, positioning, and reputation among consumers, in line with brand guidelines, design formats, and marketing tactics.
- Establish and maintain brand budgets. Work with the internal team and agencies to coordinate all brand management requirements.
- Standardization of brand guidelines, including research and identification of company positioning to consumers, development of external and industry communications
- Define the vision, mission, goals, and strategies to increase brand recognition for CheQ
- Demonstrate expert knowledge of advertising and marketing trends and translate business intent into creative strategies and executions that market products effectively.
- Develop a social media playbook, personality, and KPIs and execute against best practices for organic publishing across channels to generate conversation and drive interest for CheQ's offerings.
- Partner cross functionally with performance marketing, product, and data science to leverage or create tools to measure, analyze, and optimize brand marketing efforts.
- Identify opportunities for external, industry, and earned media engagements to amplify our story to the industry.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and/or relevant experience in brand or product marketing.
- 7+ years of experience in brand management on brand and/or agency side.
- Brand-first champion and creative, who continually pushes brand thinking and rallies a team around a common vision.
- Must have handled campaigns on TV and Digital platforms
