Responsibilities:
- Be the driver of brand partnerships across categories for Pinnacle, setting the benchmark for innovative brand partnerships that contribute to increased brand awareness and saliency.
- Developing an outreach strategy with a two pronged focus on building brand equity through meaningful strategic partnerships and tactical short-term partnerships to boost visibility and support lead generation.
- Identify partnerships and opportunities that build results across the company and measure and evaluate partnership results.
- Collaborate with different stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of marketing plans including defining success criteria, measuring the effectiveness of initiatives, and reporting on results.
- The role will also support the GTM build-out and execution of the marketing strategy for the B2C Fixed income product.
- Brief & work with the media and influencer agencies to draw up a cross channel media plan with defined objectives, weights, audience, asset duration & evaluation metrics and drive excellence in end-to-end campaign execution
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience at a consumer/B2C tech start-up as a Brand Manager/Marketing Manager
- Experience in retail fintech, investment/ trading/brokerage e-platforms/ wealth tech companies is an added advantage
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in handling partnerships/alliances with a proven track record of managing large strategic partnerships end-to-end
- Bachelor's Degree/Master's Degree from a Tier 1 College
- Prior experience in managing large integrated media campaigns would be a bonus
- Strong understanding of the digital media landscape
