- Assess the need & propose new solutions/products for continued business expansion.
- Evolve new products positioning/launch strategy, conduct prelaunch/launch/ promotional campaign, execute thru field team, work towards product stabilization in the market & finally hand over the product continuity responsibility to sales. Develop & lead designated crop business growth & expansion strategy & ensure implementation at field level. The candidate must be creative & basic knowledge of Graphic design software.
