- Brand Manager, who can own the products category, develop the brand and ensure country net revenue and profit targets are surpassed. - Create competitive operational marketing plans - by category and brand to include: range plans); distribution strategy; advertising and promotional strategy; pricing strategy line with company financial expectations, and margin delivery. - Develop local plans for all media, (TV, Print, Social, and Digital (including Ecom Marketing)), consumer and retail promotions, events, in-store, PR. Create Sales and presentation pitch decks. - Manage the delivery of key brand events during the year - both Consumer events, and retail launches. In India - Retail is Media. - Maximize retail participation/in store impact including feature wall and off-shelf requirements - Understand Global Brand &amp; product plans in the industry. - Select a local product line from Global line, Regional Must-Have List, Exclusives and ensure priority is given to Prime Time and Key Driver items. - Lead cross-functional groups to ensure brand objectives are achieved. - Work with Digital team includes Managing the development of local websites where appropriate, based on a Global template with local translations/adaptations as needed. - Develop relationships with promotional partners that can enhance brand image by association and dollar stretch. - Brief local Agencies on Media and PR needs, POS and ensure implementation of these. - Participate in Media Post Analysis and Competitive Analysis reviews. Take action as required. We are looking management graduate from premier B-schools with 8 - 10 YOE in Sales &amp; Marketing function.
