- Development and implementation of brand strategies for liquor/FMCG brands
- Coordinating, Strategic & Operational support team.
- Responsible for Media management for the brands.
- Responsible for giving Marketing insights for achieving sales targets and overall top line and bottom line targets.
- Direction setting for consumer insights and program control
- Working out clear positioning for brands with cost effective communication strategies.
- Responsible for launching of new products including market research, technical feasibility studies and the development of product pricing strategy, packaging designs etc.
- Accountable for market performance of brands in terms of decisions regarding trade and consumer schemes, Distribution focus, Pricing.
- Responsible for all brand communication developed by agencies for brands.
- Monitor brand plans for all brands with special emphasis on key marketing variables.
- Monitor brand promotions - On Premise and Off-Premise.
- Approval on all brand communication developed by agency
- Maintain Marketing quality attributes as per best practices & industry standards
- Closer interaction and support to all coordinating depts. thus ensuring a well orchestrated team working towards building enduring brands.
- Ad Agency Coordination : Responsible for complete Coordination with Ad Agency including working out innovative strategies to address / communicate the core values to the Advertising community.
- Working out the proposition for the Advertisers and the consumer
