The Role :
We are looking for a self-motivated marketing professional. Someone who has good understanding of Offline marketing (ATL, BTL, branding), communication and social media management. In addition, skills in performance marketing will be considered as a plus point.
Person will be responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns (online, offline), branding initiatives (social media, PR, partnerships, brand presence across key touchpoints), communication and stakeholder related branding (developers, banks).
The candidate will get requisite resources and budgets to manage this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand custodian and managing its campaigns - communication, planning, execution
- Manage marketing activities - BTL, branding, ATL, social media, collaterals
- Map key engagement touchpoints across our customers (developers, banks, end-consumer)
- Plan and execute branding in line
- Partnerships, festivals, sponsorships, rollout of local media (events, radio, outdoors and so on)
- Liaise, negotiate and execute with a host of marketing partners like BTL agency, vendors (printing, media owners)
- External agency and marketing partners management
Qualification & Experience :
- MBA/ PGDBA from with Marketing specialization
- ~ 3-5 years of experience
- Industry : BFSI, Fintech, Real Estate is a preference
- Should have worked in Marketing function in line with the mentioned requirements
Skills & Personal Attributes :
- Have successfully run ATL, BTL campaigns in past
- Has ability to creatively seek and implement tough solutions
- Is passionate about marketing, start-ups and loves solving complex problems
- Has 3+ years of high-performance teams solving mode in a highly ambiguous environment
- Possesses Strong communication and influencing skills - clear, concise and persuasive in style
- Ability to multi-task and hustle to deliver dynamic marketing needs
- Lead strategy and implementation of social media handles
