We have very urgent opening for a leading Beauty & Personal Care Company as an Brand Manager in Delhi for initial it is home based job - Work From Home Functional area: Beauty products &amp; services Marketing Technologies, Marketing Communications, Demand management, Traditional FMCG marketing Experience - At least 3 years experience in Personal Care / Cosmetics/ Wellness - Brand Marketing , Digital Marketing Management, preferably in Beauty / Wellness (personal care products)/ Fashion Brand Facing experience Conceptual - Planning - Co-develop and execute the marketing plan with cross-functional approach - Ensure the development of the right Marketing mix. - Analyse data to understand consumer trends and incorporate the same in the communication strategy. - Experience- Operating - Works closely with the Sales team and other functions supporting in the execution of the marketing plans. - Works with the marketing team to develop and execute the communication on digital media to drives sales and build brand equity. - Develop the digital platform as a key tool in building brand awareness and drive sales - Effectively lead the development and creation of all content and communication along with the digital and other agencies - Periodically review the progress of all marketing initiatives and activities Financial - Budget financial plans, Resource Planning - Track and analyse the marketing spend and monitor effectiveness - Ensure healthy ROI on the spends
