Open Position No. 1 : Brand Manager
Job Location : Bangalore
Professional Experience & Qualification: BE/B.Tech/MBA with 8 to 14 years experience would help.
Experience on Auto sector preferred from Automotive / FMCG / FMCD.
Position description : Custodian of the customers voice. Enables organization to focus on company's brands. Manage brand through its lifecycle. Ensure that long term brand development is not compromised by short term business needs, tactical interventions. Identify target customers' met and unmet needs and propose new product / variant.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Achievement of volume and MS of given brand.
- Price management & CAME
- Ensure traffic generation through consumer insight led effective communication thro' social media
- Track brand health and ensure that brand health measures grow as per plan
- Resource allocation and spend monitoring across mediums
- Understand met and unmet needs of target customer for both own and competition. Identify needs gaps. Propose business case for new product & variants.
