Brand Manager

Qualification & Experience :

Graduate Engineer, MBA (Sales & Marketing) from premier Business School with 6-9 Years of Experience in Consumer Durables and FMCG industry.

Roles &Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy:

- Participates in Business Plan development

- Create brand strategy document with 1 year time horizon in line with priorities

- Creates annual action plans using the full marketing mix to implement brand strategy

Brand creative output management:

- Agency Management - Creative, Media, Digital etc

- Marketing material development (TVC, Digital & surround)

- POS & supporting material to enhance shopping experience

Product & Brand Analysis:

- Develop &Evolve product insights for lead markets

- Analyses and use market and consumer researches to identify short and long term risks for the brand& develop actions to mitigate the identified risks

- Creates regular marketing reports

Stakeholder relationship:

- Manage and influence stakeholder relationship with country distributors and their marketing teams

Advertising & Promotional Budget:

- Manage the annual brand advertising and promotional Budget.

Digital Strategy & Execution:

- Manage multiple Social Media Properties & innovatively use it for brand building

- Develop Mobile Apps around product segment strategy

Media Planning and Execution:

- Recommend alternate and cost-effective media channels and prepare a channel mix.

- Coordinate with the media agency for the execution of the media plans.

Trade Marketing:

- POP development, merchandising, trade shows, exhibitions, trade promotions/incentives, etc.

Launch Management: (Operation Launch Plan)

- Support new country launches as per Country entry plan

- Support new launches as per the Product planning programme.
