1. Develop the Strategic Positioning for brand and the carlines in India with the help of strategic partners to ensure alignment with the positioning worldwide.
2. Develop a communication strategy for the brand and carlines on the basis of the positioning strategy, sales strategy / targets and budgets.
3. Maintain a strong working relationship with teams at headquarters on matters related to Communication Strategy for India to ensure complete alignment with global strategies.
4. Coordinate with Dealer Marketing, Public Relations & Digital team to plan an Integrated Marketing Communication plan and ensures consistency of message.
5. Manage relationships with agencies and vendors (Advertising, Media, Digital, Events and Others) in order to optimize the agency's resources.
6. Supervise adherence to Corporate Identity guidelines to maintain a consistent brand identity in all communications.
7. Develop and manages After Sales / Dealer brand through marketing communications and ensures that all the corporate and dealer level communication reflects the standards.
8. Plan and conduct product and brand related research, which can help in strategic as well as tactical decision making.
9. Manage and coordinate new product launches in association with all relevant internal and external teams.
10. Coordinate and monitors Marketing Dept Quality Audit, EMS and GRC.
11. Prepare Management Reports pertaining to Marketing topics.
