About our Client - Our client is a major fashion retail player with a significant presence in the Indian market with a diverse product portfolio. They are fairly established in their domain and growing their business month on month. They are currently looking for a Brand Manager for one of their major territories based out of Gurgaon in the Delhi NCR
Job Description - Reporting into the Marketing Head, you will be responsible for - Liaising with different functional heads like retail operations, merchandising, buying and sourcing team
- Growth of market share and the health of the brand along with tracking related market trends
- Brand Budgets, Media Plans, brand briefs, and agency tie ups
- Identify trade needs and develop pricing and distribution strategies
- Driving a P n L responsibility
The Successful Candidate - You will have 8-10 years of operations/retail/merchandising or marketing experience in apparel retail. You should possess strong communication, analytical and financial skills with a good P&L understanding. You should be self motivated, ambitious and have the ability to understand and work within the framework of the company strategy
