1) Drive P&L (top line & bottom line) for the brand.
2) Plan Execute Brand Promotion strategies, ATL, BTL Promotions.
3) Responsible for brand Pricing, Promotion and Positioning .
4) Monitoring of brand sales.
5) Expertise in New Brand launch, Advertisement Effectiveness, Brand management, Study of Key Consumer markets
6) Developing product brief for creative and media agencies for the execution of brand strategies.
7) Responsible for executing the marketing calendar/programs to aggressively drive new customer acquisition.
8) Own consumer insights and partner with research agencies for driving focused research on the brand.
9) Desired candidates should be coming from Brand Management experience with a min of 4 yrs of experience post MBA/PGDM only from premier B School
