- Brand Growth: Enabled growth across the portfolio by planning and executing promotional offers,marketing campaigns, and launch/sale events
- Brand Launches: Lead launch marketing plan, pricing strategy, buying forecasts, and assortment planning
- Develop and manage long term relationships with a growing portfolio of brands and represent the brand in the community by discovering, researching, and on boarding brands
- Develop and execute monthly growth and marketing plans
- Work closely with brand partners to develop and execute monthly growth and marketing plans
- Deliver a best in class experience by being a team player and working cross functionally
- Manage and track product inventory and strategize ways to order & sell inventory
- Review market research to help anticipate market industry trends and translate evolving needs into new digital branding and marketing strategies
- Build an analytical foundation to measure ROI and direct spends accordingly
- Develop an understanding of the customer experience from awareness building to purchase to loyalty to reactivation
- Evaluate market competition and analyse pricing strategies markdowns etc.
- Provide guidance to the team on brand integrity and brand guidelines
