NOTE : Need a balanced candidate with expertise in brand management and good knowledge of Digital Marketing.
NOTE: Required Minimum 3 years of experience in / Digital marketing /Brand activation/field marketing & preferably in Retail/FMCG industry
Job Purpose
Research consumer insight and deliver innovative marketing campaign to grow market share and brand's reputation, Improve customer experience and drive growth.
Roles & Responsibility:
1. Formulate brand plans, brand positioning and go-to-market strategies based on market research and consumer insights
2. Align the company around the brand's direction
3. Assist in new product development with the Category team
4. Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors- activities to identify opportunities and key issues
5. Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
6. Oversee marketing activities to ensure consistency with product line strategy
7. Liaise with various BTL Agencies to develop brand activations for different channels and partner with the BTL team to execute
8. Brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies
Education & Experience:
Post Graduate (Preferable) in marketing with minimum 3 years of experience in Brand activation/field marketing experience preferably in Retail/FMCG industry
