Brand Leader - Vaccines
Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic marketing initiatives aimed at achieving market share objectives and enhancing profitability in the dynamic field of vaccine development.
- Utilize extensive expertise in vaccines to analyze market conditions, forecast sales, and provide invaluable market insights.
- Develop and meticulously oversee the implementation of strategic and tactical plans for our vaccine portfolio.
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), to establish our vaccines as industry benchmarks.
- Optimize reporting systems and streamline processes to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Enhance cross-functional team collaboration, share best practices, and contribute to a culture of innovation.
- Ensure strict compliance with industry codes, company policies, and uphold the highest ethical standards.
Qualifications and Experience:
Essential:
- University graduate, preferably with an MBA from a reputable institution.
- 4 to 6 years of significant commercial experience in vaccine brand/marketing.
- Demonstrated experience in prelaunch and commercializing vaccines on a global scale.
Desirable:
- Extensive experience in alliance management related to co-marketing and co-promotion of vaccines.
- Experience in managing Pediatric and Neonatal Vaccine/Respiratory vaccine (e.g., Pneumonia Prevention) would be advantageous.
