1. Driving the manifestation of the Brand Strategy. Developing annual marketing plans and managing marketing campaigns across offline and online platforms
2. Ensuring that products and services communication meet customers- expectations and build the credibility of brands
3. Creating & Executing successful brand & product/solutions campaigns
4. Supervising advertising, design, and other forms of marketing collaterals to maintain consistency in branding
5. Designing a research-based communication strategy
6. Measuring and report on the success of marketing campaigns
7. Anticipating consumer trends and contribute to product/GTM strategy
8. Creating a calendar of campaigns and events in coordination with the Business team
9. Ensuring consistent execution across every channel and medium is consistent with the brand
10. Creating and executing a strong customer advocacy program which is a cross channel and creates buzz around the brand.
