Our client, a D2C Pet Care Brand is seeking for a Brand Lead to join their company. As a key member of the marketing team, you will be responsible for crafting and executing strategies that resonate with pet parents. Responsibilities 1) Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with the emotional needs of pet parents. 2) Foster a deep understanding of our target audience, anticipating and addressing their concerns and aspirations throughout their pet parenting journey. 3) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and compelling brand messaging across various channels. 4) Bring together and lead design, visual comms as well as copy to create exceptional communication strategies and 360 degree campaigns. 5) Monitor industry trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for brand growth and differentiation. 6) Measure and analyze the impact of branding efforts, adjusting strategies to optimize engagement and loyalty. 7) Create on ground experiences for pet parents and nurture pet parenting community Be the trusted POC for all external parties in case of project outsourcing. 8) Work closely with the founder to align all brand activities with business goals Qualifications, Skills and Competencies 1) At least 6 years of proven experience in brand management. 2) Exceptional emotional intelligence and empathy, with a genuine connection to the pet parenting experience. 3) Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
